Education Facilities
|
Education
facilities should provide an environment that contributes to
information conveyance. To meet this design goal requires
suitable room reverberance, low HVAC noise levels, and for
large rooms, a speech reinforcement system. Some school
districts are now designing classrooms in accordance with
the ANSI S12-60 classroom acoustics standard. |
